Teresa Miller: 2 not understand what the county goverment state goverment are tring to cover up but i have filed numerous suits in federal and state courts i have court transcripts documenting all of the. Below items but keep getting denied the petitions i prove to the state and federal goverment s i also filed with the lawer displinary counsel and judical review boards they saw nothing wrong with violations of my constitional and civil rights i also have copies of these cases. They have gotten on my phone and are interfering with my service and my internet service

1on judge granting a reconsideration then taking away because i wanted to file a habeas

1. No search warrant
2. Falsification of police report
3 officer giving false testimony
4 dismissed charges put in plea from eight months prior
5 dismissed case that prosecutor put in plea that the defendant asked for discovery on and attorney stated he knew nothing of
6 attorney did not counsel in plea
Said he knew nothing of either set of charges

10 right to due process denied when defendant asked to see urine results in court and was denied

13 william pennington refused to pick up certified mail said he didn't have to it is on recordings at prison and i have exact days if needed i believe they were trying to let my time run out on filing so i filed the exact same cases in the federal court that i filed in the state court . which i never received 3 scheduling orders i also filed a civil suit and never received that either

Filed before hearing on 8-2016
When she filed order to dismiss probation started with urine was dirty again
15 refusal of court orders and transcripts said i had a court appointed attorney that would file they refused to pick up mail
I have all letters from court refusing
16 was released from probationa day before the state supreme court case was to be filed said it was pointless to file the case since i was not on probation

A Virginia woman marked her 90th birthday with a jump out of a perfectly good airplane-- and it's not her first time! Evelyn Marshall took her latest leap on Monday at Skydive Orange , along with three of her grandsons. She also skydived to celebrate her 70th and 80th birthdays!! Way to go, Evelyn! You inspire us!

They say the young doe came crashing through the safety fence around their pool, and landed in the hot tub. Deputies helped rescue the deer.
