#Didyouknow Only one house where Charles Dickens lived still stands, at 48 Doughty Street, which is now The Charles Dickens Museum, and it's located only 15-minute walk from us! Charles Dickens lived there from 1837 and 1839, and it’s where he wrote Oliver Twist and The Pickwick Papers.

For the price, this was a great stay. Room was of decent size, by US standards, and the service was friendly. Breakfast included with the rate was fine, and the wifi worked well. Best of all, the location is fantastic. Walk west on Great Queen St towards Covent Garden and the opera house, and you are in a fun neighborhood. Walk north east a few blocks and you are on two main Tube lines. Really a good stay at a good rate. It's not the Ritz or anything but it's comfortable and a great value in London.

We went here for a performance of the wedding reception. Everything was very good but the bar could have had a wider Werribee list and more knowledgeable barman.

Stayed for two nights. The room was perfectly nice and the shower was great. Bathroom had heated towel racks and was always kept well stocked. Great part of town, good Wi-Fi, and all around a good hotel for the price in London.
Response from the owner - 2 months ago
Hello Kelvin, Thank you very much for staying and enjoying your time at Kingsway Hall Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you again in the not too distant future.

Very nice. The one thing that bothered me were the beds. They were very short, so thay my feet would stick out if I lay full length. Apart from that it was a good hotel.
Response from the owner - 2 months ago
Dear Teun, thank you for your taking the time to review your recent stay with us. I have noted all your comments which are much appreciated. Our beds are standard size beds however I passed on your feedback to our management team who will review this matter. We very much look forward to welcoming you back soon and in the meantime, if we may assist you further, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We visited Kingsway Hall Hotel for a private function, for lunch and drinks. The 3 course meal at £45 was expensive but it was only reasonable in quality. The hotel also provided a bar service for our party of 50 that was only staffed by 2 members of staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience and providing us with your feedback. We are interested in finding out more, could you kindly send us your phone number? Our email address is sales@kingswayhall.co.uk
