The Summer Bank Holiday Weekend is ahead of us! Are you going to spend it on the beach? #Didyouknow that nowhere in the UK is more than 70 miles (113km) from the sea! A place called Coton in the Elms is the furthest place from the sea.

I really enjoyed my time at Kingsway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. I think my favorite thing about Kingsway is where it is located. It is just a 3 minute walk from the tube's Piccadilly and Central lines at Holborn station. This puts you just a few stops from many of the sightseeing musts in London. Kingsway is also in the very trendy Seven Dials shopping district full of upscale shops, nice pubs, and eateries. Most of the shops nearby are slightly more reasonably priced than you'll find in nearby SoHo. My only criticism of Kingsway is that there seems to be a popular nightclub in the hotel next door, and at night there is a long line of loud people outside. Had we been on a lower floor, I think the noise may have been problematic; something to consider, but certainly no reason to avoid the hotel.

Great Service. Got an upgrade and a free cake for our anniversary. Queen Size bed was very short (I'm only 5'7" and my feet were off the end!) Location great for West End and Covent Garden.

Good value for a centrally positioned hotel. Close proximity to Covent Garden and bustling nightlife. I will return!

Had booked a table for 6 that we had to wait 20 minutes for; items missed off the order that was sent BUT gorgeous food and great for the technology at the table. Better service needed but the food and technology saves it!

For the price, this was a great stay. Room was of decent size, by US standards, and the service was friendly. Breakfast included with the rate was fine, and the wifi worked well. Best of all, the location is fantastic. Walk west on Great Queen St towards Covent Garden and the opera house, and you are in a fun neighborhood. Walk north east a few blocks and you are on two main Tube lines. Really a good stay at a good rate. It's not the Ritz or anything but it's comfortable and a great value in London.

Lacked a bit of atmosphere and the decor was a little dated but overall it was an ok venue for an immersive play that I went to see there. The two course meal was very nice.

Stayed for two nights. The room was perfectly nice and the shower was great. Bathroom had heated towel racks and was always kept well stocked. Great part of town, good Wi-Fi, and all around a good hotel for the price in London.
