Paid ~40 for a delivery of four cheese Mac and cheese, some salad, American burger, and truffle fries, and everything except the Mac and cheese was cold. Delivery was fast, and the person on the phone was friendly. Overall, the only thing that tasted good was the Mac and cheese. My burger had no flavor, my fries were too salty, and the truffle fries were soggy. Expensive and sub-par food.

The drinks were delicious and ateong, and the servers were fun, relatable, and friendly, and the macs were all unique and extreme and delectable.

This restaurant is on Route 896 northbound. From 896 southbound, one would have to turn left on Old East Chestnut Hill Road and take the side entrance. This is a restaurant with an identity crisis. The sign on the front says "Mad Macs". A sign out by the road says "Matilda's" and there is also a less-noticeable "Matilda's" on the door, but aside from those, you couldn't tell that the building houses both restaurants. The restaurant menu is roughly half Mad Macs and half Matilda's. I wish they'd developed the Matilda's side of it more. There wasn't anything in there that was particularly Australian. Regardless of the above concerns, I thought the food was very good. The tequila lime chicken nachos had more than enough cheese and toppings, and the cheese they used tasted a cut above the typical nacho cheese. The BBQ pork quesadillas were pretty good too. Prices, which are over $10 for most entrees, are on the high side, but in this case, you may actually be getting what you paid for. The server was also very nice and helpful, and came to check on us often enough. The main downside right now is the restaurant is under renovation, so parts of it, including the restroom at times, may be closed off. I'd give it a few more weeks before going there again.

This place is amazing! How is it only 3.5 stars!? I've yet to have anything bad from Mad Macs. All their macs are delicious, and their buffalo chicken dip is the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Hands down

Service is always great here. The bar is pretty lively and the restuarant side is quieter. Food is great. Wings with the secret sauce, nachos, Mac and cheese are all wonderful options. The only con I can think of is that the bar can sometimes be too noisy, but that's just me.

Problems: 1. Not named after Mel Gibson film OR fury road 2. Service is abysmal. Almost doesn't exist. 3. Delivered items sometimes moldy. 4. Formerly had decent kangaroo burger. No longer. 5. Mac and cheese should not be a menu theme.
