Delicious Mexican food in Chelsea. It's not your typical Tex Mex style food, it's somewhat more refined and interesting than the standard chimichanga/burrito/enchilada fare, prepared the same old way. The chips and salsa are excellent - much better than what you get at other spots. I recommend nearly anything on the menu, but I particularly like the ceviche and the enchiladas.

Not your average Mexican fare as its more on the upscale end of things. Extremely popular watering hole with some of the best frozen margaritas around.

LOVE this place!!! Alone at lunch, brunch with a bunch or simply on a date based on a hunch -- RockingHorse Cafe always makes me smile!!! The drinks are amazing and the food is a work of art!! It is easy to see how those who work there on any level are thrilled to be there!!! THREE CHEERS to this fabulous Chelsea Eating and Drinking Establishment, the longest running restaurant in the Chelsea area!!! You WILL see me again!!!! Love, Linda xoxoxo

The fact that our cafe makes you smile has made my day, Linda -- that's the best compliment I've ever heard. Thank you so much for this glowing review! Cheers to that! Hope we see you again soon for some more amazing food and art. Warm regards, Roe

Drinks, food, service was out of this world. Waiter was fantastic and his knowledge/recommendations made our meal. Atmosphere was fun. Only regret was we wished we went back again before we left but we will be back!!!

Really good food and drinks, loved the nachos. I'd avoid the guac, good but nothing special

Get the two fruits! Chips and salsa are good. Food has been hit or miss. I liked the steak and my friend got the salmon which was also good. Enchiladas are meh. Carnitas are pretty good-good mix of fatty and seasoned well.
