http://www.controlaltachieve.com/2016/12/new-google-sites-for-schools.html
I just did a one-hour webinar on the new version of Google Sites, all of the features, and how it can be used to create a classroom site. You can find the recorded training video, slideshow, and detailed directions at the link above.
Session Description: Google has developed a brand new version of Google Sites that makes it easier than ever to quickly create an attractive and useful website. Learn how to use this new tool to make a classroom or organization website including a welcome page, calendar page, files page, links page, pictures page, and more.

Google Drive freebies: fun, flexible templates for the classroom

These three templates, created in Google Slides, are suitable for most age groups and can be used as part of many subject areas. Save to your Google Drive and customise to suit your students. You'll pay for similar templates on sites like Teachers Pay Teachers but these are free and can be used electronically and shared through #gafe or printed up and handwritten:

Anyone interested in giving me feedback?  I am developing  courses for a new certification program in my school (in partnership with a local higher ed institute)  The courses will be equivalent to 15 grad credits.  I have been working on these for several weeks now - and could use some opinions/feedback from other leaders in the field.  I now have a tight deadline as the official courses will be submitted this Thursday.  Here is a 1 page summary of the courses .  If you want to provide me feedback, I would share the google doc for each course in hopes you would provide comments.  These google docs contain objectives, outcomes, and outlines for each course.  It would potentially take someone up to an hour+ to review it all.   I have been looking at it so long, I need a second/third/fourth opinion. http://goo.gl/bl1ztz
