I really enjoy going to the Galleria because I enjoy all the different stores, restaurants and galleries. Its clean, security everywhere except they need more security officers in the underground garages especially during the holidays. Also the vendors in the small kiosk booths are very over whelming to the fact that No means no. What happened to the days of shopping the malls with ease, enjoyment and pleasure. Other than that I enjoy the Galleria the most.

This mall is very nice and even has a ice skating rink at the bottom floor. Never seen that in a mall before. There's a ton of high end stores here like Louis Vuitton, which by the way my friend and I were watched like a hawk by the security. We were wearing shorts and tshirts so who knows why he focused on us. It's a great place to go to but I think for most folks about the only thing you'll be able to comfortably afford is the food in the food court. Maybe that's somewhat of an exaggeration, but the mall has a ton of super expensive stores so it's hard to think how the average person could comfortably afford to shop in most of the stores here. Nonetheless, it's certainly interesting to see. There's options for food that aren't expensive and there are some non-high end stores as well. There's something for everyone, but I personally think there's just more for the wealthy people than the average.

Location: Close to the 610 Meaning it is close to TRAFFIC, very slow coming in and out. Kindof a diamond in the rough, this place. Parking: Not near enough parking here, but if you're patient, wait for a spot in the garage by dillards, and take the crosswalk over to the main mall. There is a fantastic music group and painter who hang around here. Attractions: Plenty of things to do here, you'll never hit everything here in 1 outing. There's even an ice skating rink and hotel! Layout: The four+ floors of the mall are laid out very well. It's huge, though, so sometimes you have to walk long distances between stores - plan it out or get burnt out. Stores: Literally every store that matters to you when going to a mall is here. Biggest H&M I've been to. Food: There's a decent food court here, but there are also restaurants scattered throughout, as well as shops and booths located on all levels. Starbucks reigns supreme in this category, at least 4 locations. Overall: I recommend this mall to anyone looking for something specific or something to do. Great fun and selection here at The Galleria.

For an upscale mall, there are a lot of dishonest salespeople working at the kiosks inside this mall. They are behaving like used car salesmen. Kiosks like Gratiae, Seacret, and Vine Vera. These people are using aggressive sales tactics especially around November. Two or more salesperson will block your way and surround you. They will make conversation and use persuasion to sell their very expensive and useless products. They would use their sample product for demonstration and all sales are final without letting the customer know in advance! It is a "buyer beware" policy! All these people care about is money and not customer satisfaction. Their products only work during demonstration and once you purchased them, they don't work like the sample products. If The Galleria Management will not do anything to stop these dishonest salespeople, it will be bad business practice. I will no longer be shopping at this Mall if the Management will not do anything about this dishonest salespeople at the Kiosks.

Tons of stores to shop at. Lots of food options as well. Good mix of expensive and affordable stores. There's an ice rink which was fun and priced fairly. The mall itself is pretty big and can be a big confusing, but there are plenty of maps.

Nice mall, good shops, good ice skating rink, and most importantly; clean bathrooms. The Galleria is a great mall, the ice skating rink is always present which is nice for the hot Houston summers. The Christmas decorations are really beautiful, we always go see them and ice skate every year around Christmas. The shops are pretty expensive though, but there are brand name shops from almost every designer you can think of, and all the shops are generally high quality. Overall, the Galleria is a great mall with great stores so be sure to go if you're looking for a mall experience.

The Galleria hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
