Great advice from @drchatterjeeuk on staying active working from the office or at home, as a 14 yr veteran home worker I can attest to the focus I achieve by staying out of the distraction factory but would often sit for 5 hours straight without moving! https://buff.ly/2DsjqXP

Take note... #Avaya PSN004098u attaches all SAL Gateway users and requires action by Feb 15th 2014!
Community
#Avaya have released Product Support Notice  #PSN004098u   (see link) for the Avaya Secure Access Link (SAL) which details the "Mandatory Administrative Update for SAL Remote Access Infrastructure".

Avaya will be changing the Destination address used by SAL Gateways for Alarm Reporting / Expert Systems and Avaya Remote Access, the impact of this change is that Firewalls may need updating to allow Avaya SAL access to the new external IP Address.

Continuation in the ability of Avaya SAL to report Alarms is critical to the Proactive Management of the Avaya portfolio of Products, and SLAs may be impacted if Proactive Management of the Avaya portfolio is impaired across Managed Service providers (assuming you have a managed service / support contract with Avaya or a BP).

I would recommend you “review and update firewalls, outbound proxies, and DNS host entries with new IP addresses and fully qualified domain names (FQDN) to allow SAL Gateways to continue uninterrupted communication with Avaya during the migration to the improved infrastructure“ as defined in the PSN.

Originally Avaya released this PSN with just over 6 weeks advance notification for a deadline of Jan 1st 2014, after a successful escalation we managed to get the deadline extended to Feb 15th, but that still leaves little time in the planning and engagement of Firewall Teams etc.

Good luck..
