VA Tire & Auto is the WORST shop I have ever visited: THREE TRIES AND THEY STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. 1. Their employees lied about installing OEM parts. 2. They installed a radiator and didn't even test it before letting it out (luckily, I discovered the leak the same day and brought it back). Their techs claimed it was a faulty radiator. 3. The second radiator was installed and a promise to triple check for all leaks was made. I went back to pick up my truck and I found it leaking with electrical lines dangling by the fan! A tech pressure-tested the radiator and it leaked immediately. He called the manager and informed him of all. The next day the manager called me and said he couldn't find a leak - BS! I have a pics of the leak. 4. He said he'll install a Honda radiator and again check everything over to ensure it's right. I told him to do it and that it was supposed to be a Honda part originally. 5. Just picked it up. There are no leaks because they're are NO FLUIDS! I confronted the manager. He tried to make an excuse, but I wasn't having it. I told him, if he were in my shoes, he'd be equally as pissed. These techs are careless and inept. BTW - 2 times before they didn't fill up my oil on an oil change! The only reason I went there this time was because my truck was breaking down in front of their shop. In hindsight, I should have had it towed to Honda.
