Extremely modern rooms, automatically raises shades when you enter and central bedside light controls. Cannot hear the airplanes despite being a few hundred yards from an active runway. Terminal D convenient. I had a quick meeting in and out, but I would stay to explore as this is so nice and well situated in the DFW metropolis.Great restaurants as well.

Kind, curious, punctual and clean! Everything you would want and expect in a high end hotel experience. Love all the staff! Very professional and nice.

Wonderful, attentive service from all employees. Rooms are fairly soundproof from the airport, but rooms on the third floor are noticeably quieter than those on the seventh. Very nice rooftop pool, gym, and spa. When you enter the room, the lights come on automatically and the window blinds go up. The restaurant is phenomenal.

Located inside of the Non secure area of terminal d. Validated parking is included turn off your toll tag online so you can pull a ticket. Modern hotel and large rooms. Runway view rooms have a cool view. The a/c is the loudest thing in the room aka you can't hear the airplanes. Little touches like leaving a robe on the bed, peppermint bark and little hot chocolates with room service are very nice. I would love to stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Not to mention the beds were comfortable. I also like that they actually have a bath tub instead of just a shower.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We are delighted that you had such a positive experience and were able to enjoy the runway view and the extra touches. We also appreciate your tip on the toll tag. We look forward to your next visit!

What a nice hotel, perfect and totally worth it if you need to stay overnight at the airport. Rooms are very large (mine had a conference table in it), automatic lights and blinds and shades. Didn't like the tv setup but I didn't really use it. There was a yoga mat and they asked if I needed any toiletries since I'd missed my flight. Great experience overall.

Stayed here several times over the years. Very nice hotel the restaurant downstairs is very good as well, 5 stars on the food and service. I have not gotten room service before but I believe its the same menu or modified somewhat. As far as the rooms, I have never had a hard time sleeping because of the planes. You can't hear them at all. Maybe if you are a light sleeper then find a place off the airport. I find it a fantastic location especially if you have an early morning flight, the added benefit of dropping of the rental car early and not having that hassle is an added bonus. Rooms are very nicely done up and have always been very clean.

The hotel is beautiful. I had a nice, modern room. Touch controls for lights and shades by the bed, I felt like I was in the future! But the service is terrible. I checked in early (11:30) and understood my room may not be ready until 3pm. They said they would call me when it was ready. My colleague who checked in at the same time as me got a call at 12:30 that hers was ready. I never got a call. When I asked why not, they had no reason. Also, there is no recognition of status.

I love a hotel in an airport! This is a beyond great hotel. Everything about it is perfect. The staff go above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience. These is something exciting about being at the airport and it is better in the luxury of a Grand Hyatt.
