MSI makes 4th Quarter Charity Donations
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Downingtown, PA – January 11th 2016. Today the Management and Strategy Institute made its 12th quarterly donation in a row to deserving charities through the MSI Cares philanthropy program. MSI Cares has now donated to 24 separate charities across the US. MSI Cares™ directs its giving to areas that the Management and Strategy Institute board of directors vote to support. The three primary area's that MSI focuses on are Children, Education and Veteran Services.
The charities selected for Q4 were:
American Diabetes Association
We lead the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fight for those affected by diabetes.
• We fund research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes.
• We deliver services to hundreds of communities.
• We provide objective and credible information.
• We give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes.
Operation Open Arms
Operation Open Arms is a nationally acclaimed military outreach program founded in 2005 (as featured on the NBC Today Show) and is the only 501(c)3 public Florida charity. Their mission - To provide US Service men and women visiting Southwest Florida every conceivable benefit during their two week combat leave or return from a foreign duty station.
Creating Memories for Soldiers On Leave. Operation Open Arms started with one fishing captain providing a free fishing charter to one service man whose only wish was to go fishing while on combat leave. It has expanded to a network of over 150 local businesses, associations, and individuals that support our troops with more than words—they enthusiastically contribute time, energy, expertise, equipment, facilities, and much more..
