We ordered new entry doors from Hammer and Nail, and are thrilled with the results. The designer gave us excellent guidance and advice for choosing the best doors and options for our house, and the salesman explained the process thoroughly and clearly. The installation went smoothly and the doors look amazing! We would definitely recommend Hammer and Nail, and we would use them again ourselves.

My wife and I recently engaged Hammer and Nail Exteriors replace our old windows and could not be more pleased. After researching many companies H&N was far and above all of the other companies we spoke with. From our initial phone to the finished product H&N's professionalism and knowledge was apparent. I would highly recommend Hammer and Nail Exteriors for any project small or large.

1st rate company. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the product and service. We had 2 doors and 12 windows replaced. We have 3 small kids and they worked around our schedule. The salesman & installers were all very professional and courteous. Plus actual cost was below initial estimate!

I had 10 windows replaced by Hammer and Nail in January 2014 and I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The windows look great and have already increased the energy efficiency of my home. The installation was done on schedule and the workmen were prompt, clean and worked very hard outside on one of the coldest days of the year. I was able to negotiate a competitive rate as well.

Hammer and Nail did a great job for us. We needed to replace some gutters. They advised us that we needed larger gutters to handle more volume. The original gutters were so small that the water flowed over them during a rainfall. They went out of their way to do a quality job. I would use them again.

Great product ... that's it. TERRIBLE, terrible, terrible service. Where to even begin? First, it took them 3 tries to measure our windows. Yes, three separate times, over the course of a month and a half to measure our windows. Initially they sent some new guy over, who they ended up not trusting his expertise to hold a tape measure up to a rectangle. Then, after remeasuring them, they lost the measurements. Next, when the installers came they had to stop because of weather. Not their fault at all. But you know what is their fault? Leaving the remaining windows in our kitchen (all 8 of them). So, yes, suddenly safe-keeping these windows was my responsibility. What if they broke? I'd be paying for them. Also, they left behind a sweet Puma hat (wearing it now suckers!). We're not done! Also, one of our screens was ripped in the install. After emailing them, they said they would handle it and get us a replacement, as our contract says. That was 3 months ago and guess what? No screen, no reply. Nothing. Don't go with this company. The product is great, but seriously, they are terrible.
