My five star rating is specifically for John!!! The reason being: When we were first seated at the beginning of this evening, our server awkwardly poked her head out of a conversation with another table to tell us "I'll be right with you guys" and then didn't show up for a solid 7 minutes or so. Didn't introduce herself or take our drink order when she was done with her conversation..... nothing! We got up to leave and head to the OG in greenbrier because we figured we might have better luck there getting service, and on the way out the manager said to give them a second shot. We agreed, and she sat us in a different section with John! He was funny, down to earth, professional, and was a great salesperson which my husband and I can appreciate greatly. He was ON IT from beginning to end... started us off with a wine tasting, made us feel unashamed of wanting to have a mountain of cheese on our meals (you know you always want more cheese than you feel comfortable admitting), and he took the time to explain the new specials. Every time he came to our table, he added personal touches to our experience with stories and jokes, and he wasn't overbearing, just really refreshingly pleasant! (He's got his upselling down by the way, if you're listening management.) We were thoroughly satisfied with the meal and with the service, and owe it to John for saving the night. So if you decided to eat here... Ask to sit in John's section! (He works evenings.) You will not be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I don't go to Olive Garden very often, but when we do, we usually only look forward to the salad. But now we have something else to look forward to, the service! Our server, Joshua, was professional, courteous and funny. He was on top of everything we needed and made the revisit to the restaurant an awesome experience. Not once did we have to ask for anything and the food seem to magically just appear before us in not time!! The food was awesome and matched the service!! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Good restaurant, rough night Seated quickly, ordered quickly, and waited an hour with no drink refills to get cold entrée. Manager Ruthie was quick to attempt to rectify the situation and turned a bad night into a decent one. We will be returning, as this was a fluke night and we were compensated for the lapse in device. Would still recommend to a friend.

second time trying olive garden and i still don't get it. Overpriced, bland, boring food. much better italian options in the area. $12 for spaghetti that can make better at home for 1/3 the price? no thanks. The waitress i had was really nice and attentive, though!

Ate here twice this month because we were given a gift card, both times salad was less than fresh and meals were average. Pizza was worse than 7"11 pizza

Had a nice Sunday afternoon dinner. Excellent food; the wine recommended was also excellent. And finally, Elizabeth, our waitress was exceptional. We were welcomed as we came in and thanked as we went out.

i have not been to the olive garden in years- it was better years ago. the server was fine - polite and accomodating. the food is pretty marginal: pre-dressed salad so it gets soggy easy. CHEAP boring salad: FEW ingredients in salad other than ICEBURG lettuce (not romaine)and CHEAP olives (not kalamata). Basically "cheap lettuce and some dressing". cheap small scallops and shrimp. "eggplant parmesan" is NOT the stacked MULTI-layered cheesy/saucy piece expected but two teensy thin eggplant disks fried and covered in red sauce. Margarita drinks tasted like cheap ALCHOHOL-FREE koolaide (hardly any acohol flavor at all). Spaghetti is cheap and I even got a measly 1/4? cup portion of that. THIS OLIVE GARDEN IS REALLY CUTTING CORNERS AND IT SHOWS
