Are you a resident of Sandy Hook? Are you involved in the community reaction to the NRA robocalls? If not, sorry to have intruded...

Easy to access location great rooms and a great value. A quick drive to Worcester and the DCU center.

Great location in Norwalk. The facility is huge and has tons of equipment. I've been doing CrossFit since 2012 and have recently moved to Kong. The coaches and community were super friendly and welcoming. No matter what class you go to there are always smiling faces and friendly people. The workouts are challenging and the programming is varied. Whether you're just starting out at CrossFit or are new to the area and looking for a new gym Kong is the place to be.
