Simplogy was recently featured in a case study in the latest edition of the seminal marketing textbook by Philip Kotler.

The case discusses how a Sydney based traditionally-run business was virtually re-invented by successfully managing a shift to a hybrid offline-and-online business.

Simplogy worked with this customer at executive and implementation levels to help them engineer this transformation over a long term.

In the process, we found new digital-driven revenue streams for the customer, new ways to move from transactions to customer relationships, and new digital avenues to find long term sustainable growth.
