Hello. I'm intrigued by this growing community and delighted to be asked to join by Jon. (When will you visit again?). I have two thoughts to share: 1. Please review the CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey available for free download from  http://www.cedarcrestone.com/serv_annual_survey.php. It covers four broad trends: cloud, social, mobile, analytics. My social coverage refers to the importance of enabling processes with social. But more importantly, Jon's comment of moving the entire HR architecture over to a social platform reminds me of what Deb Maher https://twitter.com/DebAMaher  is doing at DeVry's University using cFactor http://www.cfactorworks.com/portal.jsp?context=DOCUMENT&doc=108610 . So, I posted something about the CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey and attached a link and I don't see it posted in my stream. Is there a delay? Is there a protocol of not promoting surveys? If so, where is the policy. I'm happy to follow it. Or do I have to be in the Circle that I posted to?
