I was really impressed with the service here! They were quick, friendly and professional. I really needed to get some repairs done, so that I could pass my smog check, and renew my registration. They got everything done in one day, and they weren’t obnoxious about upselling me. I was really happy with the service, and the price- I felt like everything was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needed to get their car repaired, because they made the hassle of getting my car repaired seem pretty painless ☺

I took my car in for the Groupon special. My previous oil change was a complete oil change, lube and service from the dealer which cost me over $165. I was informed by the technician at Midas that my oil was almost completely gone and that whoever did the oil change before did not put any oil in my car. I thought this was not right. They tried to upsell me on several other things and I ended up only getting the synthetic upgrade not included in the Groupon deal which was an additional $65. Seemed a little expensive to me. Well not even 1,000 miles later (or even less than a month) my car smells like it is burning oil and it is going to catch on fire. However I do not see any leaks. Then all of a sudden a drip, drip drip. More dripping and dripping. Now I have a leak. So I took my car back to the dealer to see what is going on. They told me that the oil filter that was put on my car was not only cheap but bad. It was bad. It was probably dirty. They damaged the seal, and oil is leaking everywhere so that is causing a burning smell that is even going through my interior of my car. I smell it when I turn on my air conditioner. The oil was never changed... there was oil in there and they put oil on top of the oil that was in there. So the oil is extremely old and dirty. I paid $65 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil that I never got. I contacted the Midas business that I went to and the man was nice until I told him the whole thing and then he got rude with me and told me to bring the car down there so they could look at it and see what was wrong so they could fix it. But obviously they were not listening because it has already been fixed and I am not going to bring my car down there to have him look at something that is just fine now. I also contacted Groupon to advise them of this issue, however the only advice they had was to contact the business and I did. There is no resolve to this issue. My advice to anyone would be not to bother with the Groupon for this or to go to this business. They have ruined my VW and I should have just continued with going to the dealer because they know what they are doing and use genuine parts. They showed me what was used and trust me it is cheap.

As a single woman, with no knowledge of car maintenance other than put in gas, I was always afraid I will be taken advantage of by mechanics. I started going to Midas about two years ago and have never been worried since. Just last week I went in for someone to look at my brakes because they were squealing. The mechanic took a look and came back to tell me that there was nothing wrong, they had just gotten wet in the heavy rain we had. I was really surprised. I have always been treated fair when I had an oil change or tune-up but thought for sure they would say I needed all new brakes whether I did or not. I like feeling confidant that I am not being ripped off when I go there.

I came out of work one day to find my antifreeze pooled beneath my car - great ending to the perfect day, right? I always dread getting car work done, because a $50 service always turns into a $500 nightmare. I found Midas not to far from my job and just gave it a whirl, expecting the worst. On top of fixing my antifreeze hose, they actually showed me just how bad my brakes were rather than simply suggesting that they needed to be changed. I liked how hands on and completely customer-friendly they were. I never felt like I was being cheated or swindled. Not at all what I expect from any sort of mechanic, none the less a chain!

Took my car and not only did they rip me off. But that stigmatism they have towards woman extends on to homosexuals. Fixed my car and it broke down the next day. They tried to say it was a head gasket. Coolant in my oil. Lies all liars.

I do a lot of driving for my job, so my car needs regular maintenance and this place is my go-to auto shop in Las Vegas. Service is consistently prompt (every job I've sent their way has been completed in less time than I expected). Their rates are very competitive and they're staffed with top-notch mechanics who are willing to answer any and all questions. For both maintenance and repairs, I trust these guys implicitly.
