Ordered carry-out so this review is based solely on the food, not of the service or atmosphere. The food was absolutely horrible. My husband ordered the shrimp and noodles and for $23 we were expecting the entree to be beautiful - jumbo shrimp, a huge portion, and perfectly cooked shrimp, noodles, and vegetables. We got none of that. Everything was extremely over cooked - shrimp and vegetables, it looked like something you could buy for $5 at your crappy Chinese joint. The sushi was laughable. Extremely poor quality fish and rice. The rice looked the same as what you get at Safeway. There were huge globs of mayo in my spicy tuna roll... not spicy or delicious at all. Lastly, I couldn't believe how expensive it all was, considering the terrible quality. Don't waste your money, folks.

The sushi is great when Tony is working. It's mediocre when he's not. The service is polite, fast, and neat. The restaurant is very neat and spacious. They have such delicious foods in great sized portions. :)The chefs are so much fun and are polite when you don't want the whole show.

This hibachi styled restaurant is something to be remembered. If you have tried the food here before its something you will crave whenever you get hungry. The atmosphere is very calming and authentic. The service is a little bit lacking but overall good. This restaurant makes sure you feel at home and makes sure everything is going well. The chiefs are very entertaining which makes you keep guessing what tricks they will try next when preparing your food in front of you. Bring the family here for an awesome show and meal.

The waitress was awful - completely neglectful of us despite having only one table. Ignored us, would not clean away plates, forgot to put a candle in my son's cake (birthday), despite us being her only table,. Atmosphere of a morgue, cracked tables, dirty torn seats, and totally overcooked food. Medium steak was very well done, shrimp was cooked til it was rubbery, baked ice cream was a giant fat ball with virtually no ice cream inside. This was a Tuesday not and I'm sure they didn't bring their A Team, but can't imagine it being much better on a weekend with more folks and a better chance to ignore you.

First off the decor of the restaurant is stunning, mostly in the rooms without the grills. The chef's at the grills are very entertaining. They will offer to flip cooked shrimp into your mouth from across the room. The sushi is very fresh and excellent. Lots to choose from. The staff is very friendly except for the one bad waitress we had once at the grill who messed up our order. The fried ice cream was mainly just batter and very little ice cream. The owner always recognized our family. They used to be called Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse
