My jar of continuous brew kombucha - my family loves this stuff.  It's so easy to make.  All you need is sweet tea, a kombucha starter and time.

Love kombucha, I have a batch ready to bottle and flavor the weekend. 
Kombucha is my favorite, just poured some off yesterday.  Continuous brewing is so easy :)
Our family loves kombucha and since I found the continuouse brew method, my job is sooooo much easier!
After doing this for about a year without any problems, am having trouble with my SCOBY - I think I might have brewed a batch of tea too strong and gotten the yeast / bacteria balance off.  Also, should I be removing the SCOBY before I pour the new tea over it?
