Wat Bon
Wat Bon is a pile of bricks and stone that was probably a Khmer prang. It has not be reconstructed or, as far as I can tell, even investigated. It is located in Phutsa, Nakhon Ratchasima. I rode my bicycle to Ban Phutsa which is about 11K north of my house....

I visit Café Ama two or three times a week to sit in the garden, drink good Lao coffee and read the newspaper. The garden is always cool and pleasant. The coffee is very good. The service is prompt and friendly.

This family-run Thai restaurant is probably one of the best in the area. We visit weekly and always enjoy the high quality of the food and ingredients. Although the chef can whip up almost any Thai dish, there is an extensive menu plus specials based on the freshest ingredients which are always on display in a chiller at the front of the restaurant.

This is a great place for Isaan food. We visit about once a week. The Som Tam Thai is excellent and made to order (you can specify how hot it should be). The menu is extensive, posted on the wall with photos and Thai language only. We've liked everything we've tried.

Wat Prang Thong contains a 10th century Khmer prang (tower) which has a lintel in the Banteay Srei style. The lintel depicts Indra on his three headed elephant Airavata (known as Erawan in Thai). The prang was poorly restored during the Rattanakosin period and probably bears little resemblance to it's original form except for the east door and lintel.
