Had great meal and service here. Cheese cake was a bit spendy but well worth it. Was a large piece and not a sliver. Big enough that my wife and I shared it and their was little left over due to being so full from the burgers we ordered. We will definitely go back for seconds.

Was really disappointed with our wait time. It took us 50mins (maybe more) to finally get seated for dinner. We were on a tight schedule so it made us late to some other things afterwards as well. Food was good and our wait staff were nice. Just disappointed it took so long. We tried to make a reservation but Cheesecake Factory doesn't take reservations!

Service was probably the worst I have ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. Went in with my 16 month old niece for lunch and the hostess acted as she was disgusted that I had a little child with me. The first server I had was good and made the experience enjoyable. However, when we were almost done eating, the first server went on break and introduced the second server who was watching his tables while he was gone. Noticing my niece starting to get fidgety, I promptly asked for a box. I must have offended the server when I declined to have her box stuff up for us because it took almost 10 mins for her to bring a box by. Then it took about 7-10 mins of my plates sitting empty on the table for a different employee to notice the server wasn't clearing the plates and came by and help out. I could see that the second server was busy with her own tables but that still doesn't make it ok to completely ignore me. It seriously took longer to get a box, the check, and then some change than it did to be seated, order drinks and food, and eat all of our food. Disappointed about the service especially since I used to work for the company and know what their standards for service are.

Unbelievably slow service. I literally had to go pay the parking meter for another hour (3 hours total). The food took an hour and a half to make and then we waited around for thirty minutes when done waiting for boxes and a check. Straight up laughable for the price.

Not happy at all, they did not have the marshmallow for the s'mores cheesecake (which of course was the one that I wanted). The service was mediocre and so was the cheesecake. The front employees were not friendly or helpful at all, our order was to go and they ignored us when we asked for forks. I expected a much better taste and all I got was a cheesecake that tasted like it came from my local grocery store. You would think a place like this would have higher standards especially after what they charge for a small slice and all the hype this place claims to have. I would not recommend this place to any visitors or first-timers. Thumbs down. BTW, we went to Anthony's pizza off California and it was awesome! The pizza was great and so were the employees! I highly recommend this place for pizza!

Such a wide variety of foods! Delicious! It is pricey, however, you pay for what you get!

The Cheesecake Factory has way too big of a menu! There's too much to look at! It seems like the menu has 20 pages. It's nice to have options, but this is a little overboard. I ended up getting the meatloaf! It was average. Nothing too special about it. The staff however helped us look through the huge menu and helped us with any questions we had. I feel like there's a lot of potential in the Cheesecake Factory! They are just missing a few things to meet that potential!

Had a great dinner earlier in the evening then went to a comedy show. After the show we decided not to end the night so we had craving for a Gluten free dessert & the Cheeese Factory was exactly the place to get it. The server was great & the outdoor seating was great to watch the foot traffic wander by. Do not pass up the Godiva® Chocolate Cheesecake, if you are gluten free you will love every bite & want seconds.
