I visited this place a while ago, and don't know why but expected it to be like Call of Duty lol.......team death match lol. Naw basically you get a crappy gun that jams up or leaks balls, then they try charging you ludicrous money for what is essentially a gel ball filled with coloured water that either explodes off your target or bounces off! In one game I managed to get in behind enemy lines and take out 4 to 5 similar gun wielding noobies but they didn't get asked to leave by any martial lol I'm thinking I'm on a 5 kill streak here, surely that gets me a care package ffs. Didn't like paintballing full stop. Its like free for all. And I hate free for all. Jesus what is it with paying stupid money for these gel balls???? Now if someone came up with a way of playing these games like cod then I might have another go. But ffs put your prices down!

This place is unbelievable. Rides breaking down, poor customer service, poor food and accommodation in their shark hotel which is nothing more than glorified shipping containers. Their hotel rooms are not big enough to swing a cat! Their restaurant was poor so much that I didnt even bother getting up for breakfast. My complaint to customer services resulted in receiving some photocopied fast track tickets which were refused on several occasions at rides. Imagine even after queuing on fast track you get turned away. Excuse by customer services was they had run out of fast track tickets and best they could do was photocopy some off and give. However on 2 occasions I was accused of trying to hand over fraudulent passes by their inappropriately customer service trained staff on rides. Absolutely poor 2 days spent here with the kids who kept asking what else can go wrong lol. Sort yourselves out Thorpe park :-(

Spa day was excellent especially the massage. The facilities were OK. The hot tub however had wayyyy too much chlorine inside and was intolerable!

Hotel stay was actually really nice compared to Thorpe parks shipping container hotel, however this place lacks in large rides. Some of their better rides were either out of action or having faults throughout the day. This place really is for little children pre 10 and really can't offer thrill seekers much. Restaurant was fantastic however, food was cooked perfect and despite the theme park being below par the hotel and restaurant made up for things.

I do like this shop but have bought so many items that have turned out to be faulty and had to take back. However a few months ago I wanted to buy a inflatable jacuzzi and it was the last one they had, a display model. I asked to buy it and they came up with a lame excuse that it had a leak! Obviously they didn't want the agro of taking it down and repacking it all for me. Because I guess £500 isn't worth their time! But then I think maybe they were telling the truth as most of their products are faulty lol......customer services need to step up their attitudes as well.
