The hotel is in a lovely setting, the conference rooms are well equipped, The lunch served was very tasty, and I truly enjoyed it, the salmon with black olives was tender and moist. That chocolate mousse pie was marvelous! They kept the climate at a nice cool temp, and the facilities were accessible My concern was the doors on the restroom needed some attention. One stall did not latch. Another had a gap between the door and the jamb. Thanks

Nice theme and decor. The hotel felt like a 4 or 5 star luxury hotel and the hotel was also home to many Pokémon. A+

Awful!! I called FOUR nights before my boyfriend and I's stay, told me everything was okay and good to go, EVEN if we were 19 years old. First off, didn't get the confirmation email so I had to call back and get that fixed, which took four tries to get them to even answer the phone! Finally got ahold of someone and fixed it. Had called again to tell them our arrival time was going to be a little because we got stuck in New York City. Driving through crazy rain, we finally got there. Got into the door, up to the desk, and they then told me that they could not check us in because we were 19 years old. When we told the MANAGER on duty at the front desk, he told me that he couldn't do anything, and then when we were firm on our standing that it was wrong to tell us now instead of on the phone four days prior or honoring us the room, he threatened to call the police on us. So we left and thankfully found somewhere else. But terrible customer service. Would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE with how rude and inconsiderate the management staff is.

Worst ever service. Made a reservation, changed it by calling and they cancelled it. Went to check in and the manager came out said sorry it was cancelled nothing we can do now and they were sold out. She acted like I was a homeless person coming off the street asking for a room for free. Completely just dismissed me and said we have a sister hotel across the street try that.. I did and they had no clue i was coming over and it wasn't across the street it was 10 minutes down the road. The woman didn't even call to tell them nor did she even tell me where it was. I would never stay at such a rude place.

We chose the Hyatt Regency Princeton for our wedding room block and could not be happier with how our wedding weekend went! We had about 13-15 rooms filled with my husband's family and some of our bridal party. We worked with Bethany Serena, who was so receptive to the needs of our family. She arranged for my husband and I to have a balcony room for his groomsmen pictures the morning of. When we got back to our room, we were greeted with a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a personalized note from Bethany and the staff. The morning after, the hotel did a buffet breakfast for our guests which everyone enjoyed. Throughout the time that my husband's family stayed, the staff went above and beyond to help them with any concerns or problems they had, and everyone raved about how beautiful the rooms and pool were.

Would have preferred round table setup similar to previous events. Sound was good. Appreciated video screens as it was a bit difficult to see speaker from where i was sitting. Food assortment was below average, perhaps some crudite or appetizers next time. Overall, it was a lovely event with a relevant speaker. Will definitely be back!

Checkin was great, with a genuine warm greeting. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with an omelet station to round out their offerings.
