Excellence is just a word, but this word defines the team of the men and women’s rowing team at Princeton University. Have you had a chance to witness the action and dedication of these possible future Olympians? On Saturday, March 26 you get the opportunity to see all three teams. The Women’s Open and Lightweight teams will row against Brown w/Ohio State, and Radcliffe and the Men’s Heavyweight Team will compete against Georgetown at 8 am. #GoTigers #DontEverQuit #OrangeAllTheWay http://bit.ly/208KlQv

This review is based on staying there for a convention, so some of this may be special event stuff. I LOVE this hotel! The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of during our yearly convention. The layout us a little odd, but that really only poses a problem when the entire place is packed. The bar is pretty good, if a little pricey ($12 for wine? Ouch.) The restaurant leaves something to be desired. The buffet was $17 and food was mediocre at best. The desserts were good, and the fact that you can eat anytime between 5 and 10 is super nice.

We went during the Wicked Renaissance Faire. The rooms are very nicely maintained, the service was there when needed. The hotel is right along a highway, so its hard to miss. The only possible issue I can forsee is both this year and last year, the elevators were sometimes out of order, but its to be expected with an event like Wicked. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need to stop in New Jersey.

Clean rooms but noisy neighbors. We ordered room service for breakfast (took about 45 minutes) and it was pretty good. Would definitely stay again

My latest experience with this hotel was horrendous. First they lost my reservation, saying it wasn't in their system. Once I involved the director by forwarding my confirmation email to them, they mysteriously "found" it on some other system...how many systems do you maintain for one hotel? Even then, the bed reserved is not the bed type that was given. Afterwards, a friend was told her reservation was cancelled several weeks ago because they attempted to place a deposit on a card that declined the amount. Firstly, they were not given permission to charge the card several weeks prior to the stay as the confirmation states that you have the ability to cancel reservations up to 72 hours prior to stay. Secondly, there was no possibility of the card being declined due to the extensive funds in their account. Thirdly, the email notification Hyatt sent regarding the decline was not from an official email and therefore was transferred directly to a spam/junk folder. The director showed us a print out from their system that showed multiple email recipients listed but all within the "bcc" line. These were not personalized emails. Hyatt could not provide any details about the actual failed transaction other than the non-official mass email. My friend was told her name would go on a waiting list and she would be called if a room became available or she could be moved to a different hotel down the street. As we were at a convention, moving to a different hotel was not possible and the director refused to provide any other sort of compensation for their mistake. My friend opted to stay in our room for the night and placed her name on the waiting list but no call was ever received despite us being told by another employee the next day that several rooms were actually available. As far as the actual accommodations, the rooms were spacious and clean. However, they were unbearably warm and controls for the thermostat were not accessible to occupants. Truthfully, the entire hotel was overly warm, especially considering that it was not excessively cold outside. Also notable, the refrigerators in each room were barely large enough to hold more than a handful of 16 oz. bottles of water...definitely not deep enough to handle leftover food containers. As we were required to supply our own food due to dietary restrictions, we were forced to find other means of storing our food.

Stayed for two nights, first was OK, the second night all guests with internal balconies enjoyed subbufer drumms of Indian wedding through the midnight! Two attempts to reach front desk ended with " please wait a moment" forever holds. Came down to complain in person - the offered to change the room at midnight ( with my son and wife in bed already). I bet the event did not came by surprise to them but no warning or suggesting was made at check in.

Staff are nice. Place is nicely done and well decorated. Just some of the rooms on the first floor have a balcony that faces the interior of the hotel so there is a lack of. Privacy. Overall good experience.

The hotel is beautiful and huge! I love the design but the price of amenities are expensive. As a person from Massachusetts where things are expensive as it is. I think $7 for a room temp water is a lot
