Looking forward to meeting Sylvia! Yep, that will be 2 Bronx women celebrating good, clean, and fair food in Wales!
Just four weeks - and I'm off to England, Ireland, Wales and Italy to visit sustainable farms and chat with Slow Food activists. Eager to learn how other farmers raise grass-fed/grass finished beef. Still trying to set up farm visits in Italy and Dublin. Hope you can help. Also will gather interviews for broadcast on future Deep Roots Radio shows. Call or text 651-238-8525 or sylvia@bullbrookkeep.com. My husband and I raise 100% grass-fed beef in northwestern Wisconsin, USA. www.bronxtobarn.com for info about my farm and podcasts of recent radio show.
