"Naked Pizza" is the stupidest name. I would have never tried Naked Pizza if that was always the name. One day I saw someone carrying a box on the street that said "World's Healthiest Pizza!" I just about soiled by bridges. "Worlds Healthiest Pizza?!" That's what I want! I immediately googled it and ordered some, and it was deliciousness! Grainy wheat crust, fresh veggies, I mean delicious. And I ordered it several times after. But Naked Pizza? What the crap? Is this a pizza parlor version of Hooters? Is this a wanna be college hangout joint? What a stupid name! Bring back World's Healthiest Pizza!!! That's what the people want. The box with those words is what got me hooked!! What does naked have to do with fresh healthiness and deliciousness? Nothing. It's nothing but a misleading stupid title that doesn't make me want the pizza. I want The World's Healthiest Pizza!! And that's what this place is all about.

The pizza is great! It is really unfortunate, however, that the service and management is terrible. I have ordered from this establishment for years, and frequently used the company for my events at Tulane University. One day after receiving an incorrect order, I phoned the supervisor (TOM), who assured me that the pizza would be replaced. After waiting 2.5 hours, I called back and was told that I had to send back the old pizza, or pay for a new one. 1.) I would have given the driver my old pizza if i was aware of the policy 2.) why the hell would I have to replace or pay for a pizza that YOU messed up, Tom? (no, i did not eat the pizza) I gave it away. Long story short, it is people like Tom who give restaurant management a bad name. I try to support establishments like Naked Pizza by recommending them for catering events and University parties, but it is hard to do so in the presence of such poor service. I am writing this review today because of an oddly close experience that was shared by a classmate. My experience with Naked pizza was over a month ago. I'm sorry things have not change. Do better, Tom

I love the concept. I love a big New Orleans company with a big, bold idea. The problem I have is the overall packaging of the idea. I think some of the hype has overwhelmed what should be a great story. The pizza was pretty good the first time I had it, before it became as big as it is now. However, as the price of pies has increased, the quality of the sauce and the dough has decreased. It's dry, and the mouthfeel of the crust not chewy as it should be. Moving beyond the pie, I have a problem with a phone app that it pushed hard but does not work. When we tried to use the application on a smartphone, the app crashed. When we told the folks on the phone the app was not working but we would still like to apply a coupon, they told us sorry, but you must order with the app. Something that could be great but falls short.

I'd give these guys a ZERO if I could. This place has the WORST customer service ever. Since I moved to New Orleans I have ordered a pizza here 2-3 times a week. A large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese (because they are too damn cheap to actually put any cheese on the pizza) light on the sauce (they put extra sauce but you have to beg for some damn cheese...go figure). Same order every time. Out of 100 orders of the simplest pizza I can think of these guys manage to screw it up about 33% of the time. NO MORE NAKED PIZZA AFTER TODAY I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, easy on the sauce and a sprite PLEASE. ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES later the delivery guy arrives with a cold pizza that has been smashed like an accordion to one side. So naturally I call back to get a pizza worth eating. I call back get put on hold for 20 MORE MINUTES. Me and my friends called them on 3 phones and after 10 MINUTES due to being put on hold twice I ordered a remake of my pizza. I got off the phone thinking well they will surely get the pizza here in less than an HOUR and 30 MINUTES this time.... After and an HOUR and 20 MINUTES I call and ask where my pizza is. I get put on hold 2 times and speak with Thomas the manager. He said the issue is we need you to send us the cold (shitty) pizza we gave you back. So wait after waiting for more than 2 HOURS NOW you tell me I have to send you the piece of crap pizza you made and delivered late back in order to get a remake...RIDICULOUS. I tell Thomas NO ONE stated that when I called or when the pizza was delivered and in the past 33% of the times they failed to deliver a correct pizza they never asked for it. Thomas stated frankly with all the issues we have had before you we can't give you a remake on good faith...SERIOUSLY? I asked Thomas did I make you screw up my pizza 33%? So this was my LAST day doing business with Thomas and Naked Pizza. They suck balls. I order more pizzas in a week than people order in a year tip the drivers regardless of how many times they mess up my pizza. If this is how you are going to treat a loyal tipping customer than YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM NAKED PIZZA they don't value their customers, they screw up your pizzas, and you could walk to mexico on one leg holding two margaritas in your hands faster than these idiots can deliver a pizza....sad but true!

I tried this place today for the first time and I'll definitely be going back in the future. The online ordering is great, and the pizza was ready and correct when I got there. I was greeted by a friendly young gentleman with a handlebar moustache who handed me my pizza and told me to have a great day. When I got home and tried a slice I was pleased with the taste, quality, and amount of toppings. Even my boyfriend said it was awesome pizza, and he's a really picky eater. Just as I was thinking, wow, they actually put enough sauce on here (I like pizza with lots of sauce), he said, "wow, there's not way too much sauce. I hate when pizza has too much sauce." It was the perfect amount of sauce. Amazing! For the other reviewers who said they would rather have unhealthy food if it tastes better than healthy food.. go eat at McDonald's. That's not what this place is about.

I was very pleased that the pizza we ordered didn't give me a stomach ache like most other fast food pizzas give me! We ordered a pizza online after receiving a flyer on our door announcing that this location delivers. The delivery was very prompt. The pizza was very good, for being a healthy alternative to other pizza places. We will definitely be ordering again soon!
