Delphine Eatery & Bar offers Contemporary American cuisine that is California inspired with a focus on fresh organic ingredients. A warm and inviting space reminiscent of Provençal cafés, Delphine’s vibrant colors and classic archways convey a convivial atmosphere, where guests of the hotel mingle with locals and tourists alike. The expansive, indoor-outdoor space is located at street level facing bustling Hollywood Boulevard, and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as weekend brunch. Both casual and sophisticated, Delphine’s menu features a selection of starters from the house favorite kale salad and charred brussels sprouts to entree specialties like the famous Delphine Burger, 12oz bone-in filet, and seared Maine diver scallops. See why the La Times called Delphine “A bright new star on Hollywood Boulevard”.

Could not say enough about how great this restaurant is! Both Service and Food are amazing. They really made an effort to go the extra mile to make sure our family had a great experience. The service is both attentive and accommodating and made for a great night out. Food to try: A must try is their Scallops entree and/or their Filet steak. Flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection! Staff: Everyone from the Hostess to Servers to Manager's are all top notch and professional. They know how to make sure you have a wonderful experience and make you feel welcomed. Great place to go for a special occasion and/or a nice night out in Hollywood! Enjoy!

Pleasant enough & handily across street from Pantages. Not wanting a full meal before a show & with the time factor (& on noting extortionate entree prices!!) we settled for 2 appetizers with 2 Manhattans (eventually a shared 3rd with an admittedly yummy pear bread-pudding desert.)--Her tasty Ahi Tuna my lady quite enjoyed but not the case with my Ceasar salad with added garlic shrimp. Tho moderately tasty (due mainly to good dried bacon)- it was completely swamped in dressing! -a gooey mess-- wouldve returned it but for time. Since I asked for rye in the pretty decent-sized Manhattans rather than bourbon we were then charged an additional $3 for each being name-brand- making each drink $15 That raised the check to over $117 & tho that incl 15% service charge, we as usual left additional tip-tho not sure why since I'd asked twice for food & drink that was sitting on the bar ! Its handy for Pantages but be $$$ warned!!

It was very hot Sunday in Hollywood, my throat was raspy and dry. I went to Delphines' s and drank a regular blue moon on tap! It was icy cooool :)

If it wasn't at The W and across the street from the Pantages (most convenient for pre-theater dining), I doubt this place would survive. Food is ok, but over priced. The tartare was more capers than meat. Burgers are done well. Escargot came swimming in oil - you need a splash guard to not ruin clothes or get seriously burned. Salads are ok, but most dishes are certainly nothing special.

Restaurant was basically empty and we were seated next to a booth that was seated with to many people so they on our side of the booth. The man in the next booth was not wearing a shirt????? We asked to be seated elsewhere and were told..... NO.....????? We asked the waitress for a new table ...and were taken to one of the many empty tables across the room. The food is good but overpriced. I really think that a restaurant who charges $35 dollars for an entree should require a shirt. The hostess was very unkind and unsympathetic and pushy Will try another eatery for our viewing of Kinky Boots.

Underwhelming in every way except for prices, which are somewhat too high for the mediocre quality and service. If you are in the area, you'll do better walking a few blocks to Off Vine or Los Balcones del Peru.

I walked in on a Saturday morning for Brunch. I ordered something cool. They brought an iced americano and the roasted garlic hummus
