Interesting read in today's WSJ, one I'm sure many have already shared or discussed on here. I did pause in the article and wonder is this really a fair shake? Google+ is not even a year old and while it doesn't "perform" for brands as well as Facebook, there is very different conversation and quality on G+ that's missing a bit on Facebook, since Facebook is so ubiquitous. Wants missing? The killer app (feature). Sorry but Hangouts isn't it.

Introduction
I care about people. Nothing drives me more than taking care of and connecting people. I have done it for years and found that I really do just love meeting the needs of those who come to my places of work or engage me on social media. I enjoy seeing enthusiastically satisfied people leave the places I work. Not just because they got a great product but because they were genuinely and honestly taken care of.
