I go here all the time but the bartender I had tonight was horrible. He constantly grabbed the trash cans to enter and exit the bar and then proceeded to serve food and place lemons and limes on drinks as necessary after touching the trash. We waited forever for silverware as well so we had our salads for about 10 minutes before we could ever eat them and to top it all off there was a long black hair in my food. I am a huge fan of this carrabas as a whole but tonight at the bar my experience was "shitty" at best.

A typical chain, Italian restaurant gets a typical review. Most chain restaurants are good overall. The variables are your server, cook, and freshness of food. It all depends on who you get and what you get on that specific day (and maybe that specific hour). Good: Tomato soup. Wow... I've never had tomato soup that good. It was incredible. Now, I will be on a mission to see if I can find something similar to it in a can or box. (Don't even ask me to make if from scratch.) The bread served with each meal was great. I don't know breads, but it must have been something in the sour dough family. Though, not authentic, the decor of this place, inside and out, *felt* more authentic than its competitor, Olive Garden. Not bad, but not good: Server was quiet. He did his job very well, but after each time he checked on the drinks and made sure everything was okay, he would just stand there. There was an awkward ten seconds of random staring going on. I would have been happy with small talk... I even welcomed it... but there was just awkwardness. It's one of the few times I actually wanted another server. Poor guy could have been new, though. My pasta dish was good, but I think I've had tastier dishes at the fast-casual restaurant, Noodles & Co. I gotta have that tomato soup again.

First time here, was sat near the kitchen. So much noise, you can hear dishes being thrown glasses clinking, and the manager yelling right behind me I need this on a fly. Food came out wrong then they fixed it but it was the right food but burnt. Glasses are empty and the server is yet to be seen. Gonna take my food in a box home and find something else to eat tonight. First time here, and won't be back again.

I went to the Carrabas on Hurtsborne one day and to Buckheads the next night on Bardstown rd and one of the servers not sure which one stole my debit card number and used it charging over $500 of merchandise they also tried to charge another $450 but my bank caught it and denied it.. these are the only 2 places that my debit card was out of my hand and i do not use it online.. just be careful always use cash if you have to pay for something and you have to hand your card over.. needless to say i will not be going to either restaurant ever
