Resource is the right term when dealing with a collection of interchangeable ‘things’ like stock, raw materials or money. It is not the right term when referring to talented and experienced members of staff.

The AltDevConf is coming, and it has a new track - Education. It's going to be co-chaired by me and +Heather Decker-Davis which already makes it awesome.

You've got about a week to get proposals to me (Heather is busy atm so I'm collating them) on any aspect of games industry education. You can find submission guidelines at the link, which has a bit more info too.
