Dairy Free Creamy Tomato Soup

1/2 can light coconut milk
1 small can organic tomato paste
Lemon pepper
Hot sauce
Garlic granules
Dried basil flakes
Hot pepper flakes

Combined one half can light coconut milk with one whole small can tomato paste into a medium size sauce pan. Fill tomato paste can with water to top and add to the mix (x2). Place over a medium temperature stove and gently whisk untill ingredients are smoothly blended. Add lemon pepper, hot sauce, garlic granules, basil flakes, and red peppers flakes to taste.

For an additional protein blast cook an egg over easy and place on top with some chopped avocado and cilantro 😄

Fit Is Not A Destination, It's A Way Of Life

"I met Jennifer Alvarez while attending a gym in Northern Liberties in Philadelphia in 2008. I had been attending the gym for several months and spending quite a bit of time there to avoid an unhealthy living situation. Jennifer approached me one day while on the treadmill and asked if I wanted to come to her Hula Hoop fitness class. Although I was apprehensive, I decided to attend. From there on I began attending her class weekly and at times twice a week, i loved the challenge of hula hooping and the results it had on my body. I began to see the dedication she displayed while training men/women and also while teaching her classes. I asked her if I could begin training with her and have been doing so ever since. Although I had been working out for some time, Jennifer taught me proper work out techniques, assisted me with my diet and helped me lose 15 pounds and gain a significant amount of strength. Whenever I fall back into bad habits or lose my enthusiasm for working out, Jennifer is there to motivate me. Her dedication to assist adults and children in their fitness goals while improving the lives of those she works with is evident in all that she does. Extra large undressed salad

Make an extra large portion so that you have leftovers for the next day. The salad is undressed until it's serve so that it maintains freshness overnight. Serve the next day for breakfast with an over easy egg on top or for lunch with tuna, chick peas, grilled chicken or fish.

two heaping handfuls spinach
One heaping handful Arugula
1/2 diced English cucumber
1 large diced tomato
1/2 diced medium onion
Handful of chopped fresh cilantro
Dried Seasoning:
Dash of garlic granules
Dash of hot pepper flakes
Dash of lemon pepper
Dash of oregano
Dash or Basil

Desperately needed help to get back into exercising
