Microsoft has changed its plans on how Microsoft Office 2013 licensing works once again. You are now allowed to transfer a licensed copy from one computer to another. You simply have to call them to update licensing.

The previous wording before this change stated that the copy of Microsoft Office 2013 would be always connected to the first system it was installed on and if for some reason you didn't have that computer any longer you had to buy a new copy of Microsoft Office 2013.

Congrats to all the Microsoft Office users out there that caused enough of a stir in Microsoft's direction to get this changed. They evidently listened.

Microsoft Security Essentials has lost its AV-TEST Institute’s seal of approval because of the software's low detection rate. Microsoft Security Essentials scored a low 64 percent zero-day detection rate being well below the industry average 89 percent.

Free antivirus is good for the small stuff, but if you use your computer a lot then it is time to move to a paid protection like Vipre IS 2012 that can really protect you. We can have a disk in your hand within minutes.
