CMC Alpine has helped me to realize my dreams. I am a boomer and am creating my second act. The Culinary Program and the Hotel/Resort programs are just what I needed to get my new career off to a great start. All of the staff at CMC is so wonderful and have been more than willing to accommodate my physical disabilities to make sure that I am able to finish the programs and get the most out of the classes. This has been a great place to be in this time in my life and I couldn't be more satisfied with CMC! It is affordable, friendly and in the most beautiful city in the country.

CMC has flexible schedules and classes online. This is very convenience for people with other responsibilities. All the campus are very nice and pleasant. People that work there are very nice and helpful all the time.

Continuing education of all sorts for many, many years. Very disappointed at the end of last semester when our long-time Pilate teacher was dismissed. Taking a break because of that. Will re-engage next semester. Hope the Art in the Environment with be offered again.

I am on the home stretch of my second and final year at CMC - Steamboat Springs (AAS - Resort Management). It has been over 40 years since I finished high school; I had decided then not to go to college. When I made a decision in 2013 to give it a try at CMC Steamboat, I had no idea what to expect. The counselors and office staff were amazing and gave me all the help and assurance I needed to get started. My first year went so well, my wife, Patsy, joined the CMC experience with me and enrolled as well; we are now "college sweethearts"... (married almost 9 years). The instructors have been supportive, classes challenging, and it has been more than I expected. I definitely made the right decision to come to CMC. We are looking forward to putting our education into action when we graduate later this year.

I've been taking continuing education classes at CMC Steamboat: art and yoga. Both are fantastic. The new building has an amazing view of the ski mountain, the faculty is very high calibre and we are so lucky to have CMC in our community.

A great value, and maybe a good education Pro: Steamboat is rural and beautiful. It is a trad town (unlike most ski areas) The tuition is cheap (in state/in district), and classes are small (<30) The ski area is a few miles from campus via a free city bus, downtown is a 10 minute walk. Con: Liberal narratives are often pushed in favor of academics. Illicit firings are becoming common. You may get a good education, however institutional integrity is lacking. Adjunct Professor

My experience at Colorado Mountain College - Steamboat Springs was wonderful; I had the most helpful instructors and disability people to help in my educational endeavers while there. The instructors all want to help you learn and not just the instructors you have at a semester, if you need help go back to the ones you have had in past semesters they will help also. I wish to thank all the staff at CMC for their time and assistance. I miss you all.
