A big thanks to all who participated in our 2014 Volunteer Workday. After all of the raking, planting and fixing up our campground looks wonderful. To top of the day we had a potluck dinner for all to enjoy.

How do you like your marshmallows? Warmed up a little, with a nice golden brown coating or fried to a crisp?

You live for the open road. Highways are the moat to your traveling castle. After so many campgrounds and so many memories.. What would you say to someone pulling in their rig for the first time?

Many campers wait until Memorial Day Weekend to unleash their inner camper but we have it on good authority that the veterans plan their getaways a few weeks earlier. Why? Because we're offering a FREE night to anyone who wants to Come Camp & Care with us on May 9th & 10th!

Seasonal campers, overnight guests and those who fall somewhere in between. How long does your usual camping trip last?

My husband and I stay at Koa campgrounds across the U.S. We drive a very clean and well kept truck that is motorhome size, and totally self contained with living quarters. It also plugs into shore power. We were told they were booked up, even though we said we are online seeing sites available. We were then told our truck and money were not welcome. Too bad you feel that way!

We had the opportunity to stay here twice this year. Both times we stayed for an extended period of time. They were very accommodating to our needs for additional parking and did their best to meet our requests for certain sites. The owners are extremely family oriented and try to keep the atmosphere as such. They are very hands-on and are constantly working to keep the campground nice. Their staff was all very friendly and made us feel welcomed! The facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. The park is busy and full of events but at the same time the sites are spaced out enough that you are able to enjoy your family time as well. By far one of the best managed campgrounds we've seen as full timers. Thank you! Cindy & David

My mother and I spent five days here at the end of March. The camping site was so clean and nice and the staff was extremely friendly (the manager gave us suggestions of some top notch trails to explore and the scenery lived up to our expectations). We spent a few days tent camping and, when it got too cold, we moved into one of the cabins for a few more days. The cabins were also very clean and neat and the staff gave us an extra heater so we could stay toasty warm. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. WOW.
