The food was very filling... But it was not as good as it looked. The rigatoni's pasta tasted like it was undercooked: it was hard. Crab cakes, steak, meatballs & chicken wings were burnt somewhere. I expected the food would be nice since most of the things on the menu were at least $10. I am disappointed, for I have wasted my money.

Through three pregnancies, my husband and I visited our local Bertucci's as a treat after our doctor and hospital visits. My first baby- this was my craving- Bertucci's. We met a waitress that cheered us on through our adventure. She left but Sally had already helped us grow our love for this restaurant. Our only complaint is that we live so far away. The restaurant is always clean and the food is served fast, fresh and hot. We love all the courses of food at this restaurant and have a blast selecting from seasonal selections.

First and last time. Fillet mignon was flat as flank steak, with soft flatbread with our spinach and artichoke appetizer. Very disappointing.

I ordered the eggplant with pasta. The sauce was bland and the egg plant was burnt. I was with 4 other people, all ordered the same dish and we all felt the same.

My husband and I visited only one time. The restaurant was clean. The food was adequate. The service was slow for mid-week around 4:30 pm, considering the restaurant was practically empty. If you decide to visit this restaurant BEWARE....Whatever you do......DON'T order a pitcher of Sangria!!!! You will waste your money. The pitcher costs: $25.00, and all you get is an almost completely filled pitcher of ice with the equivalent of 3 oz. of Sangria wine cooler. I asked the manager on duty for compensation.....his compensation was our choice of one dessert not per person, but one dessert period. The value being 1/4 of the amount of the cost of the pitcher.....what a pathetic excuse for compensatory appeasement for an enjoyable visit. Even my sweet husband who NEVER complains about service in a restaurant was not a happy camper. He actually felt it was a waste of money.

First time here. Pizza was great! Has that unique brick over taste......crisp on the end - soft in the middle. Will definitely come back.

If you are not Italian or lived in New York, I recommend that you try this place out; because you don't know any better. If you are Italian or lived in New York, don't go here. The food is not properly seasoned and made to look pretty in order to hide the lack of flavor. Eat here and your nona will slap you.

The food was good. Nothing spectacular though. The service was exceptional! Kelsey was our waitress and she was amazing.
