Scott has done a great job with 30 min workouts, by the end you will definetly be sweating. I have worked out at Adrenaline Fitness for 5 months now. I started by doing scotts 2 month transformation, this included unlimited sessions and a meal plan. My goal was to get healthy, bur fat, and make my wife a little more attracted to me. It was a hard two months but with a cheat meal once a week I could easily do it. At the start I was 195 and 22% body fat, at the end of the two months I weighed 174 and lost a little over 5% body fat. I feel great and I no longer enjoy the contractors diet. I will continue to go to this gym and tell everyone that it is more than worth it.

If you live in the Tualatin area, you MUST try Adrenaline Fitness!! I can't say enough good things about Scott and his fitness boot camps!!!! There are many places to go for a decent workout, but the reason this one is better than all the rest is because Scott truly knows what it takes to burn fat, gain strength, and keep the motivation going. The 30-minutes sessions are perfect for those with busy lifestyles. I've been a customer of his for nearly two years (when he was a trainer in Salem), and if you live in the Tualatin area, I guarantee you that Scott is the best there is when it comes to fitness!!!!

If you want to get in a 30 minute workout that will have you dripping sweat then this is for you. There are no locker rooms or spa services, you come in and immediately get started on a 30 minute workout using only TRX ropes, kettle bells and your own body weight so the exercises are perfect for working not only all the large major muscles but also the tiny ones needed for balance and coordination. This style of exercise is perfect for anyone who wants a no muss no fuss, hard core workout on the way home. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone brand new to exercising as there is no warm up and not all the exercises are demonstrated and gone over so that a beginner could be assured of having proper form. However, if you have the basics down of how to properly lift a kettle bell or dumbbell and other basic exercises such as squats using correct posture and form then this is definitely an awesome class and you will sweat and get a great workout day after day. Scott varies every workout and is quick to offer customizations for different ability levels so workouts are never dull and his positive, "can do" attitude makes you want to come back even if your sore. The first class is free so you should definitely come in and try a class, I bet you'll be back again and again if you do :-)

Awesome place for a work out. Scott has been doing a great job helping me burn some extra fat and gain more muscle. The whole 30 minutes might not sound like much at first but toward the end of it you will definitely feel your body burning! Definitely looking forward to going next.
