Laura Pass: My brother died unexpectedly February 8, 2017. He was only 30 years old.
My parents and I had already purchased plans for ourselves in the future. When my father passed in May of 2015, the staff helped us tremendously. It was effortless.
With my brother, the shock was almost overwhelming. I would have not made it through without the help of Mark Musselwhite of Neptune Society. His kindness, patience, and care will always be remembered.
I am in Georgia. I don't know how everyone else is served. I do know that we were taken care of in the highest quality.
Gary Puntman: I know some people who would like to be cremated. It's not what I would want, but there are people out there who would prefer it. I've been doing some research on it and companies that provide cremation services for those I know who will pass away and want to be cremated. Gary Puntman | http://skylinememorialpark.com
Brian Peters: Since last Friday I have been trying to contact the +Neptune Society - Nationwide Cremation Services in San Pedro, CA and they do not pick up at all. I leave messages to return my call with their service and my messages are ignored. I sent an email and that was ignored. I have no idea what is going on with my mothers remains and death certificate. All I wanted was to have a simple question about my mother's remains answered. My wife and I will be going somewhere else for our business. What a bunch of insensitive people to treat their clients in such a manor.
