Samsung Galaxy S5 FAIL
very disappointed in Samsung customer non-service. After 20 minutes they inform me that I was covered by warranty, but I have to send the old charger cable in and 7 days after receipt, they would send replacement. $600+ phone $14 part. Do they really expect me to be without phone for a week for charger? BTW the rep suggested I borrow a charger from someone. 2ND Samsung phone = last samsung phone..
