Its a great 3 star Hotel if you are a member! if you are not you have to pay for wifi, parking, breakfast, but other than that, great beach spot, even though you have to cross A1A to get to the beach Lol. If you get this hotel under $150 a night its worth it, if not dont waste your money. I payed over $200 but I followed the name instead of (listining) to the reviews. The service its a 4 stars, I asked for a few things to take to my room and I didnt have to wait for them, receptionist were good also. Didnt try hotels food and 5 stars for been pet friendly!!

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights. We arrived Fri 2/5/16 about early 2:30 PM.Our room wasn't ready yet(promised for 4 PM),so we did a little shopping and came back at 4 PM.The staff was very apologetic as our room was still not ready. They held our luggage aside for us,got housekeeping right on it and..comped us 2 free breakfasts. As we stepped away from the counter,a manager also apologized they were behind, and invited us to each have a cocktail on them. How kind was that..and a great way to start our vacation!!The room was ready at 4:30.We had a beautiful ocean view room, with a Juliet balcony,The view was great, the room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable.Over our stay we asked housekeeping, for extra towels and pillows, service on our in room fridge, and low battery light service on our safe. The service was so prompt, within 15 to 20 minutes ,and everything was taken care of.The staff was super friendly. We love being so close to the ocean, enjoying daily walks at the shore. We loved everything about the hotel, and kudos to the friendly, attentive staff!

Location of hotel is great - right off the beach and not far from the airport. Restaurants within walking distance. The security deposit is higher than other hotels I've stayed it. The room we stayed in was spacious with a king size bed, walk in closet space and bathroom area. Our room also had marina and sea views. The staff is nice. I wished their rentals for bikes and other things were more reasonable (again, crazy security deposits). Overall, it has been perfect for a week vacation.

Spent the evening at Bahia Mar for an MMA event on the second floor of the hotel. Parking was easy, but exiting for parking took over an hour. We decided to spend that hour at the bar downstairs. The atmosphere was super chill and relaxed.

Easily worst service I've received as a consistent Diamond/Gold member. Housekeeping did not service our room for the entire 4 day stay, despite multiple requests and notification of front desk. We vacated the room each day from 10AM - 6PM so occupancy conflict was not the problem. Consistently rude service from Concierge, restaurant staff. When I complained about the lack of housekeeping service upon checkout, assuming there'd be some attempt at restitution the response was, "Well, that is unfortunate. We are sorry." Service level has fallen off since our previous stay and we will definitely not be back. Especially given the availability of Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt and others in the exact same area. In looking at other ratings in the last year - looks like my experience is comparable. Sad.

Great service, great rooms although rooms facing the marina are prone to long nights due to a nightclub close by. The hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice pool as well. Make sure you get a room on the 'Hilton Honors' for free wifi.

If you want great service and hospitality well I'm sorry cause this is not the place for you! Everybody in management there is completely incompetent and aware of what is happening around them! Had to park our own vehicle....in VALET??? Employee at the market didn't have the decency to tell us they were even closed just waived his hand over his throat...complete joke of a place and extremely let down by Hilton
