If you want great service and hospitality well I'm sorry cause this is not the place for you! Everybody in management there is completely incompetent and aware of what is happening around them! Had to park our own vehicle....in VALET??? Employee at the market didn't have the decency to tell us they were even closed just waived his hand over his throat...complete joke of a place and extremely let down by Hilton

Outside looks great, the inside looks like a motel. You have to pay for parking in addition to the room. Breakfast is not included. Cute shops in the same complex filled with overpriced goods. The skywalk to the beach is nice. Beds are comfortable.

Overall, a very good stay. We had two Ocean View rooms on the top floor in the tower. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The Pool Bar was the only thing that needs some attention. Great Cookies.. Don't read the nutritional information on the back..

Room pricey for what it was. Room was not ready even though I had an early check in scheduled. No two people could give me a good timeline to get to a place that was just a mile down the road. Would not stay again. Other hotels near by more accomidating. Hotel needs some tlc.

This place is horrible! DO NOT go to them for a wedding! My best friend had her wedding here 2 weeks ago they did a terrible job with arrangement and timing. First no one offered her help she made all the table arrangements herself, she carried at least 20-30 boxes up to the hotel room on her own no one at the hotel offered to help, they don't let you taste the samples without paying? Obviously they don't care if your on a budget, my poor friend was so stressed out the wedding planner was nowhere to be found mind you he works for bahia, the day of the wedding we arrived the bell hop would not leave the room stated "I work for tips" what kind of service is this to demand a tip! We all scrambled to get our pocket books. The hotel charged her for an extra night bc we did not leave promptly at 1pm she was stuck with an extra room. Please please please save yourself the stress and money find a diffrent place! You'll be stuck doing all the work yourself!

Hotel is pretty dated. Rooms are moldy. Staff is not very helpful. Services on the beach are a rip-off and are not associated with hotel, though you can charge them to you room

****BEWARE*** PEOPLE ARE ALLOW TO SMOKE IN THIS HOTEL EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE AS NO-SMOKING. THE HOTELS ROOM HAVE BALCONIES AND PEOPLE SMOKE IN THE BALCONY (which the hotel allows) AND THE SMOKE GOES INTO THE ROOMS, I HAD 3 GUESTS AROUND MY BALCONY WHO SMOKED AND I HAD TO KEEP MY BALCONY DOOR CLOSE DEPRIVING OF THE VIEW WICH BY THE WAY I PAID FOR. COMPLAINTS AFTER COMPLAINTS WHERE MADE, AND THEY DID NOTHING, "IN FLORIDA SMOKE IN THE OUTDOORS IS ALLOWED" THEY SAID, SO WHEN A GUEST STEPS IN THE BALCONY TO SMOKE ITS CONSIDER OUTDOORS FOR THESE CROOKS!! WE ASK TO CHANGE ROOMS AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME, SAME HAPPENED. IN THE MAIN DOOR PEOPLE SMOKE BY THE DOORS!!!! IN THE POOL THE SMOKE IS UNBEARABLE, THEY HAVE ASHTRAYS EVERYWHERE IN THE POOL, CIGARS, CIGARETS, MY KIDS HAD TO PUT UP WITH THIS NONSENSE, THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US THE MONEY BACK, WE EVEN CALLED THE HILTON MAIN OFFICE WITH NOT RESULTS. IF YOU CALL TO MAKE A RESERVATION JUST ASK: IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS?, THEY WILL SAY NO, BUT ASK AGAIN, WHAT ABOUT IN THE BALCONIES?....... NEVER AGAIN, I CANT BELIEVE THAT HILTON HAS GONE THIS LOW, THEY USED TO BE A GOOD CHAIN OF HOTELS, AND THEY FALSE ADVERTISE. ****WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS WAS**

When you pay $309 per night, you would think Double Tree by Hilton could afford to put sheets on the bed. No Sheets on the Foot of the BED!!! Plenty of hotels in the area. We won't return to Bahia. Shame I can't attach pictures
