Hey all, I have a client that has a number of listings in the bulk account platform and they have lost the ability to respond to reviews. Anyone else seeing this or have a work around ? Or does this mean they are moving to the new platform shortly?
We are not as concerned about the transition at this point. As mentioned, this account has been in transition since April, but we've been able to AT LEAST respond to reviews for the time being (that is, up until 2-3 weeks ago). Is there a workaround where we can still access reviews and responses as we await transition?
