If you enjoy burnt entre'es, stale bread, sugar packet rationing and unsanitary seats/ table-tops/ silverware/ beverage glasses, you will lOve this location. If not, make the drive to the Chesterfield Mall location. (METRO link doesn't go that far, yet.) The word "hate" doesn't apply, but, this location definitely deserves 1 star, or less. You'd be far better-off to drive 5 blocks, to Schnuck's, and get a deli sandwich, than to eat at this location. BllEch!

The Cheesecake Factory is definitely a unique restaurant. Their menu is extensive and offers something for everyone's tastes. On the occasions that I have eaten here, it has been hit and miss. Everything I have ordered has been great, but not spectacular. My most recent visit I ordered the orange chicken and enjoyed it. It was a different but pleasant flavor for orange chicken. The cheesecake is also very good, but not like grandma makes it. I thoroughly enjoy Cheesecake Factory, but will reserve my 5 stars for something that truly "wows" me.

Horrible customer service. Whoever brought out our dishes (not the waitress) basically frisbeed the plates at us. When I asked for some parmesan cheese, she got really upset that she had to do extra work. REALLY? Food is terrible. Not going back. I understand their whole motto is diversity and uniqueness of the menu, however, because of these gigantic selections, all their dishes have no roots, just a mix of this and that. If you prefer quantity over quality, this is the perfect place for you. I'm so sick and tired of all these franchise restaurants disguised as 'the cool place to go' with overpriced foods. There are plenty of local restaurants do much much better job for half the price. Please, America. Wake up from this nightmare.

I had the displeasure of dining at the Cheesecake Factory in the Galleria this week. Let me start off by saying that while my server was training, this is no reflection of his abilities, but rather the lack of customer service on the Factory. I ordered the portabello mushroom, avocado, and zucchini fries but was delivered just zucchini. No big deal, the server goofed, I can live. When my buffalo tenders came out sans the buffalo, I still said nothing. I ordered a side dipping sauce so that the server wouldn't get in trouble. Finally, I took a few bites of my caesar salad, only to pull out a hair. That was my final straw. I let the server that was training the new server know about what had happened. The entire time I kept a smile on my face. The manager came over and explained how "these things happen" and he was very apologetic. I asked for a new salad and then we ordered cheesecake. Our table was a $100 ticket and the manager decided to comp the $5 salad. I served for 5 years and in my experience, that was the worst possible outcome of how to handle this. I am not happy nor will I ever return. I advise you to not chance it as well.

always loved this place for the great food, large quantities and huge selection. Today had a short layover in St Louis and so impressed with how CF accommodated my tight schedule.

My wife and I went for brunch. I had the brunch combo, the BEST pancakes!!! Syrup was a bit watered down. Ask for a side of homestyle potatoes. Bacon was perfectly cooked. Wife had the Brulee french toast. Surprisingly very moist. Needed more vanilla. Would recommend both entrées
