They sent a technician out as promptly as they could, and on the day he was supposed to arrive, he showed up 15 minutes before they announced he would be there! Most of the time when I've dealt with a repair person's arrival, this concept has been unheard of. Upon arrival, the gentleman (Randy, for those of you curious) quickly realized what the issue was, and even managed to give me options in a polite, professional way. The problem with my refrigerator was easily fixed by him, and not terribly expensive either. All in all, a very pleasant experience, all things considered.

We were having problems with our refrigerator and had Andy's come out. They ran some tests and said it was the heater not defrosting correctly. It was building up a lot of frost and it caused both sides to raise to warm temperatures. He replaced the heater at a cost of $320.00!! Not too thrilled about the cost but better than buying a new fridge I guess. Then just 5 weeks later, the same thing happened and we had to empty the fridge again, almost losing everything. The same guy came out and said Andy's work is guaranteed and it'll be taken care of. He checked the heater unit again and thought maybe it was just loose because it seemed to start working again correctly after he messed with it again. He said he was going to replace it again just to be sure, but this time did not have the part. He said he would get it ordered and will call us to schedule an appointment to come back out. 2 weeks went by, and finally they came back out to put in a completely different part and charged us another $120.00. The fridge is working fine now but if I had known that it was going to be $440.00 fricking dollars, I might have invested that money into a new fridge. Very disappointed and will never call Andy's for appliance repair again!!

had to wait 1 week for repair man to come out. but he was knowledgeable & fixed the problem as quick as possible. explained what had happened & answered any of my questions. will use them for our next appliance repair.

I had an over-the-range microwave oven stop cooking. Since I didn’t want a tech scratching up my cabinetry, I removed the microwave myself (disconnecting the vent ducting, etc.) and took in for in-shop repair on a Monday. It was supposed to be ready at the end of the week. Before they would work on it I had to pre-pay for the repair (weird but okay). Friday came and no call from Andy’s. I called and they said they have to order parts and it would be another week. Well, in Omaha I happen to know you can get parts in one day from at least two different parts suppliers. So a week for parts is a bit of a stretch. Next week came and again, no call. I called on Thursday and they were closed at 4:00pm for the day. The next day the Lincoln office called back and said it would be ready next Monday (15 days). I explained this was there for two weeks and unacceptable plus I needed it for Mother’s Day weekend. The tech said she ‘Would do what she could’. When I escalated and asked to talk with the manager (Greg) he would not even talk to me! What kind of manager won’t talk with a concerned customer?? This kind of customer service is amazing in this day and age. It eventually got fixed on Friday afternoon. When I picked it the microwave cabinet was not put back together and had a large gap in the front where you could see inside the microwave (and there are pictures). In fairness the tech did offer correct the issue but I just wanted a working microwave – gap and all. I corrected the issue by reinstalling the panels correctly and mounted it back over the range. This was my first experience with Andy’s and I definitely will not be back.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating so I posted on Facebook I needed some suggestions on a place to use to get fixed. Andy's Appliance came up from several friends so I dropped them a call. They asked if I had checked a few things before making the appointment. They said no need for us to come out if not needed. After checking those items still not heating up so called back to make an appointment. The technician very knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend to anyone!

This was a great company to work with. Starting with my initial phone call, through to the repair of our dryer, everyone I spoke to at Andy's was extremely polite and professional. Our repair man, Randy, was friendly, quick, and thorough. Work was fairly priced and the company guarantees parts and labor for year on the work they do. Will definitely recommend.

We unfortunately had our main fridge and beverage fridge both with broken parts that were quite expensive to fix. Tim was great. He was friendly, considerate and quick to fix our appliances and went above what was expected of the service. I would highly recommend him and Andy's Appliance Repair to any of our friends and family.

Trevor was prompt, polite, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer, and was able to fix it right away. Would highly recommend.
