Bayside Jeep is the most unethical collection of POS's imaginable, starting with their business manager John and continuing with their general manager Sal. They are the typical sleazy car salesmen that makes the experience something you dread when it comes time to shop for a new car. The cost of an interior warranty was added to my bill, without my knowledge, and when I questioned the price discrepancy, the POS John said it was due to a change in the interest rate. He gave me a contract but not the final bill of sale because since it was late night, there was "nobody there to print out the bill of sale" and that he would have it ready for me the next day. Dealing in good faith (which clearly was an error in my judgement), I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pick it up, the file could not be located. A made a second trip only to hear the same excuse from Sal. Eventually it was "found" and the bill of sale was produced with the extra numbers which had already been factored into the final cost (which had previously been explained away as a change in the interest rate). In addition, I was charged an additional fee (not labeled on the final bill of sale) which Sal couldn't even figure out (which you would think the general manager would know). I was told by a different business manager (Garry) I shouldn't have been charged for that and it would be refunded but the interior warranty was nonrefundable. When I expressed my displeasure in no subtle terms, sleazy Sal's response was that I should've read the bill of sale more closely. When I told him the circumstances by which I was not able to be provided with it as I mentioned above, he denied that was even possible ("everybody is given a bill of sale"). Basically dealing with a group of professional sleaze bags. This is not the first car I've purchased but it certainly was the most blatantly unethical way of doing business I've ever seen. My advice, since everyone has a phone with a camera on it, is to take a picture of every piece of paper these guys have you sign. Before AND after you sign it. They are definitely not to be trusted.

Definitely should have read the reviews on this stealership before I went here!! Looks all well when you first walk in. Theyve changed their attitude around, but they have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to actually trying to make something happen. I went in there to look at a new vehicle with my trade in title and my checkbook hoping to get into a new vehicle that day. Immediately, they couldn't comprehend that I was open to several different vehicles as long as it had a manual trans and 4 wheel drive. the fabulous "trade in specialist" glanced at my vehicle and had me wait over a half hour just to offer me half what its worth. How can a dealership not be aware that the federal standard is 15000 miles a year? NO SALE.

Worst service department ever. Sales management changed few years ago and still the same problems exist. I assume what the problem was so the management was changed. They want to sell or to have you lease a car and they don't care anymore. Only two people are the best at Service Department: Joanna and Jay. The rest of people not worse a penny. Always some kind of excuses regarding service department: computers down, not in stock recall items. Don't leave your car with them it will take forever to diagnose and fix it. Stay away from this Service and Sales Departments. Attitude comes from Sales and Service Departments.

I left with the car I wanted in under 3 hours. I would not have purchased my Dodge Durango if it wasn't for Sully, he made my car buying experience a smooth ride. I had a Honda for the passed 7yrs and dealing with Paragon Honda was such a chore, but buying the Durango has restored my faith in a dealership again, due to the salesman Sully. I would definitely return when my lease is up. By the way the car runs smooth an I'm very happy with my choice. Thanks again Sulimen

Just leased my 3rd RAM 1500 from these guys. It has always been a smooth transaction with the dealership and will continue to use them for all the vehicles I need for my business. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car or truck, especially a pickup truck for their business. Great experience!

I purchased a new SRT Challenger and used the dealership for services. One of the Owners (Alan) is a gentleman, a number of his sales persons are great people, but unfortunately they have a major problem communicating with their customers or prospective buyers. I happen to change cars every year and for three consecutive years I simply walk away from the dealership because most of the time they don't believe you are there to buy a car, thus they don't care to spend time with you. Twice in less than a month I requested information on a new vehicle, but I guess I was taken for grant, as there is a bit of arrogance in the part of some sales personnel and the other owner (not Alan), so at this time I told myself...enough, go find another dealership and I went. As of last week, I custom ordered a new 2014 Grand Cherokee SRT from another dealer, even though Bayside had one that I wanted but I guess they were not interested in spending time with someone they don't know if will purchase or not! Good luck Bayside, I hope the best for you, even though you lost me as a customer. LCL
