Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you were not satisfied with your visit to us. We try to see every unwell patient as soon as possible, but unfortunately there are sometimes short delays. We were already fully booked when you called us for your emergency appointment, but we stayed open after our usual closing time to make sure your cat got the care he needed. We hope he is now recovering well.
