I'm a regular at Wahoos NEAR (but not IN) the mall. Great fish tacos, burritos, and salads. So I was interested in finding out how Rubio's in the Flatirons Mall Food court compared. Unfortunately, very poorly. The fish burrito I had was bland and filled with a nasty greasy mayo based sauce. A fish taco/burrito should taste of fish, lime, cilantro, and cabbage. This burrito tasted of nothing but greasy bland sauce. Unfortunately, the chips on the side and the salsa from the salsa bar were no more flavorful. Do yourself a favor. Go to wahoo's, sit outside on the patio, eat off a real plate, enjoy pretty decent fish tacos. Sure, it's not the coast of California, but Wahoo's won't disappoint. Rubio's will.

You can NEVER go wrong with Rubio's --- Ask for the "Pesky Combo" --- it's no on the menu, but they workers know what it it is.
