This place is the best Xinjiang food I've had in the US, it brought me back to my time living in China. The 大盘鸡 is big and legit, literally popping with flavor. The 爆炒羊肉 was TO DIE FOR. But if you only order one thing, get that spicy cabbage dish (sorry can't remember the name). My mouth is watering as I type about it 5 days later. Service was excellent. We had kids with us that were a little rowdy and the waiter was very accommodating. It's pretty rare that I leave a 25% tip, but these guys earned it. Only thing I would not recommend is the nan, it wasn't warm and it was too puffy and bready, like they had gotten it from grocery store. Completely authentic, and amazingly done, we will definitely be coming back.

My friend and I decided to check out new qtea café (Kiroran) after work coz I miss their bubble tea. The place is very beautiful and the food is yammy. We like the food very much! The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of the poor service. The waiter doesn't speak English AT ALL. 1) I ordered half sweet bubble tea but he gave me regular sweet one without bubble (I love their bubbles, very authentic). 2)We have some questions about the food since that was our first time to try Uyghur food. He seems very inpatient and tried to ignore us. It was very rude. 3) The lamb we order was very tender and juicy and we liked it, so we wanted to add one more dish to try. However, we couldn't find the waiter. He was sitting there, playing his phone and talking with his friend. We had to go to him to ask for our bill. Recommendation for the owner: you did a great job in renovating the place and making good food, but your employee is not professional. Why not hire someone can speak English?! It's America after all.

Food is too oily and spicy, meat portion is not given as shown. The presentation of food is dingy. Hot tea given (in IKEA cups still labels attached) at the table tasted like tap water. The bubble tea is not the same as what was offered at qtea. For those grew up with inland cuisine in China this may be fine and homey, but for the US crowd this restaurant is simply not up to the standard for the price they charge.
