I'm not a fan of sports bars, so take my three stars with a grain of salt. We came in to watch the Warriors play and Jillian's served us well in that regard. The place is HUGE and has televisions everywhere, so no matter where you are, you should be able to see the game. It's nice that the tables have a lot of space around them, so you're not going to feel smashed in like you might somewhere else. The beers were expensive at $7.25 per pint, but I wonder if that's just a TV tax. It's also very loud, but that's what one would expect in a sports bar playing a big game. Overall, it's not my cup of tea, but I would happily return with a friend who wanted to go there.

worst service in the city. I went with friends on the world cup opening and we had a terrible experience. First, staff was completely rude and pushing us to order and order even if each of us had already order a full meal. The manager is not so far from this, I doubt any one in the staff has some preparation related to customer service. The food was cold and my quesadilla half burned. The cherry of the pie was the extra items on the check. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Very friendly staff, good, fresh food and of course impressive bar and tv screens. They will put on whatever game you are looking for.

This place is terrible. All waiters and waitresses are extremely rude and unhelpful. We had to ask a waitress for a menu and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. We waited 45 minutes and she never came back to take our order, so we just left. The WiFi is a complete joke and barely works. Don't waste your money on this pathetic establishment.

Service and food are both terrible. Drinks and food tale forever to get delivered, and often it's delivered to the wrong table. The only reason people come here is because of the location.

Fun place to hangout with friends. It is right next to the Metreon movie theater, so it's a good place for dinner before or after the movie. It's a bar-like atmosphere with several pool tables. The food is decent for a bar. It can get loud, so conversations may be difficult to have at times.

I've had a nice time here. The atmosphere is Okay. The people are friendly and peaceful. The customer service is OK but could have been somehow improved (the waiting times are a bit higher). The prices were decent. I recommend it for a spending a nice evening with your friends.

Jillian's really is not that good. When you just had a conference across the street and want an easy place to have a beer with the contacts you just made, it'll do. Likewise if you're organizing an after-conference party for some of your valuable relationships, it'll do just fine too. But Jillian's is way to aware that most people will never come back, and their service level reflects that - it's just not that good, at all. If you want more then convenience, walk a few extra minutes to Thirsty Bear for a much better experience (and they host parties too btw)
