worst service in the city. I went with friends on the world cup opening and we had a terrible experience. First, staff was completely rude and pushing us to order and order even if each of us had already order a full meal. The manager is not so far from this, I doubt any one in the staff has some preparation related to customer service. The food was cold and my quesadilla half burned. The cherry of the pie was the extra items on the check. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I've had a nice time here. The atmosphere is Okay. The people are friendly and peaceful. The customer service is OK but could have been somehow improved (the waiting times are a bit higher). The prices were decent. I recommend it for a spending a nice evening with your friends.

Jillian's really is not that good. When you just had a conference across the street and want an easy place to have a beer with the contacts you just made, it'll do. Likewise if you're organizing an after-conference party for some of your valuable relationships, it'll do just fine too. But Jillian's is way to aware that most people will never come back, and their service level reflects that - it's just not that good, at all. If you want more then convenience, walk a few extra minutes to Thirsty Bear for a much better experience (and they host parties too btw)

This place is terrible. All waiters and waitresses are extremely rude and unhelpful. We had to ask a waitress for a menu and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. We waited 45 minutes and she never came back to take our order, so we just left. The WiFi is a complete joke and barely works. Don't waste your money on this pathetic establishment.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, My wife and I came down to watch the season opener green bay VS SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS game. We flew in from Vancouver B.C. We went to a few bars. Went to the buffalo wild wings to watch the 5:00 game. Not the experience I was hoping for. Good food but our taxi drive failed to mention it was more family orientated. Oh well. So for the Monday games we went to 4 different sports bar which we were guided to by the people who live there. Now not to come off as arrogant but we get so much rain up here our sports bars are amazing. We went to leftys and 2 other supposed sports bars that are equal to a corner pub. But when we went to Jillian’s. I was in Monday night heaven. The food was amazing and the waitress really appreciated the customer. It was the best service we had in all of sanfran. Just look at the pics. The place is incredible. The manager on shift was firm but he sure the place ran to its best. I would like to go there just for a regular season Sunday, I could only imagine how it will be for the playoffs.

Here's what I love about this place: There are sports everywhere! Here's what I don't love: there are always a ton of people. That being said, there are a ton of people because this place has a neat attribute to it that most places in the area don't have...pool tables. Here you can dine in a nice restaurant and watch sports on several screens behind the bar or you can venture into a side room and play some pool. I'm a big fan of both so you can see why I like this place. I've had some of the food here. The steak quesadilla was pretty delicious. The drinks are pricey..$10 for a beer and I can't remember if they have a happy hour and if they do if it's any good. I came here to watch a warrior's game while they were in the play-offs and it was banana sandwich in there! I came another time and watched a baseball game and play-off hockey...not so cray cray that time. Overall, this is a great place to eat and watch sports, but if it's a serious game and a local team is involved get there early or mosey on to another watering hole!
