Rich Blaske: Did you know? Ray's Tires will deliberately rip you off. They wanted $300 for a $60 tuneup, and tried to pull the old "brake dust on the rotor" trick on a family member of mine who knows nothing about cars, nor could the mechanics find the cause of the issue that was the reason the car was initially taken to their shop. Needless to say, we will never do business with this company, nor contribute our hard earned money to people who want nothing more than to take advantage of unsuspecting and trusting customers. I caution you against doing any business with this company because they are very shady and dishonest people.
Lisa Miller: Ray's Tires went out of their way for my family. I called on a Friday at 3:00 b/c we had tire issues and were traveling home to Cincinnati the next day. Dave asked me a variety of questions about what I expected in a tire. Only one of 3 places called that asked questions. He worked us in on a busy Saturday morning & apologized that he thought it'd take 2 hours. It took 90 minutes. And we were the ones inconveniencing them, making their schedule tight. Very professional, very upfront business. I have friends in Green Bay who stopped by to take us to breakfast. Recommeded this business to them as i do to anyone reading this review. THANKS Ray's Tires for helping us make the 10 hour trip home safely!! You're the best!!
