It's expensive for fast casual. Expect to spend $6-12 here depending on your taste. Advertised prices do not include meat. The pasta is excellent. The salads, while fresh, aren't as creative as some of the popular fast food chains. Service is friendly, but empirically slower than their competitors at Panera or Chipotle.

First visit, had the Alfredo MontAmore. I thought it was as good as it looked in the picture. Staff was friendly. A kyrie on the pricey side, but the food was fresh, delicious and I was full.

They seem incapable of making a Tofu Pad Thai dish without both large chunks of chicken and small bits of chicken that cannot easily be picked out. The staff is also extremely slow and lacking in customer service skills.

I think they offer noodle salad but regular noodles I know. If they'd told me that's actually salad tote of noodles, I would give higher rating. Plate in very small portion, quite expensive for that price. Subs, sandwiches are fine, but not great.

I'm not sure about some of the other reviews on here being genuine. I've been to this location at least 20 times since their opening and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and the food, fast to be delivered. The food is not pre-made! It's made fresh as is evidenced by the people behind the line with sauté pans! I admit it can be a bit pricey but if you join their e-club, they're always offering coupons. If you're looking for huge noodle portions and a 5 star dining experience, this obviously isn't the place for you. And if it's too much money, go to McDonalds.

I went here because hey- I like noodles & I like to try new places I've never been before. This place is horrible. Out of all of my friends, most of us have gotten diarrhea from here (gross but true) if not gotten sick to the stomach from it. Those of us who haven't, agreed that the food was mediocre at best- especially for the price you have to pay. The average meal costs around $7-9 for one person & the dishes are only filled about halfway. I've been there on multiple occasions in the past (2-3 times because it was the closest to where I was at the time & I didn't want burgers & the deli place was packed) & the service was terrible. I understand it is busy, but how hard is it to hand me a bag that is sitting on the counter behind you? If you don't remember what I look like, then how about calling out my name? Saying "oh, but I don't know how to pronounce it" is not an excuse. I know that most people can't pronounce it, so I just listen for something that sounds similar. I'm never going back here. Not only do you have a horribly long time to wait (at least about 15-20 minutes for food that's already been cooked to get slapped into a bowl), but the price isn't worth the food. Save your money & go to the sushi place in the mall. The noodles they serve there are easily 10 times better than the slop here. Or you could just make your own noodles at home & get better quality.
