Bill Yovino: When I took a cooking class, I had to make spaetzle. They had this contraption where you loaded the dough into a hopper that was on rails. You slid the hopper back and forth and it dropped little pieces into the boiling water. On my first pass, I went too far with the hopper and all of the dough slipped through into the pot in one big clump. That was one gigantic spaetzle.
Robert DeVito: I bet it still tasted real good!! I don't have any fancy contraptions, but i have a real big spoon with large holes in it that works ok.
Bill Yovino: Freeze the leftover gravy. It's great on meatloaf.
