I want to get ahead of the 40-45 kg machine weightlifting mark except that my weight stays stuck at 73 kg (BMI 22.53) and hence muscle mass doesn't increase. I've tried taking greater amounts of dietary protein but to no avail. I've deduced I need to take taurine. So I've started taking red bull on alternate days. Is my current practice safe (as far as I know no side effects reported from FDA) and is there a better alternative?
