Very cool bar in the heart of the FiDi. We went there after an office party and sat outside. The outside seating area is literally in the alley with a cover to protect from rain. Very cool spot to meet some up with some friends. The beer selection is pretty good, but the irish whiskey selection is awesome. I would definitely go back here

Hidden in an alleyway near Union Square with outdoor cafe seating in the street, you'll feel like you've left the US as you settle down with mates over a pint. The native favorites are all in abundance - from Shepherd's Pie and fish n' chips to Magner's, Smithwick's and Guiness tap. Table service is slow to a miss, but it is a fantastic pub with better-than-average food. Great for happy hour, groups, or just brooding over a beer at the bar. P.S. Keep an eye out for the confessional.

I love coming to the Irish Bank on warm evenings for happy hour. Sit in the alley and kick back with a few friends for cocktails. The place gets hoppin' after work so claim your seat early. The food is okay but not great. I typically just order an appetizer (cheddar fries!) to snack on while downing some tasty adult beverages.

Irish Bank is a good solid bar in the Financial District. Drinks here a priced moderately, with most people drinking beer or Irish Whiskies. The outside patio is nice when its nice out, and there is a back room that has more tables as the main room gets too crowded. Super fun on St. Patrick's day as they have a giant party here. Also fun for Happy Hours. It's a bit old and has that old bar smell.

I love this pub! I come to SF at least once a year and undoubtably The Irish Bank is one of my first stops. The staff is great with a lot of great draft beers. They also serve great food and they have HP sauce which makes me happy. I feel like I'm in a proper pub which is always what I look for!

One of my favorite bars near the Financial District, Irish Bank features outdoor seating and many European beers on tap. There are always drink specials that include either whiskey/Guinness. For food, definitely try the fish and chips and chicken wings.
